Doublescroolbar for huge tables

Hi there,

i have a problem with large tables. When table have a lot columns and on bottom is scrollbar... But when this table have a lot of rows, it could be great when table have scrollbar on top and bottom. Any idea how to resolve it? I find something with new div box and using JS. But some simply resolve?
