Easy way to show all groups in Confluence and their access permissions

Is there any easy way to extract a list of all the AD groups linked to Confluence and their relevant accesses to spaces?

The way i'd do it is take a screenshot of the permissions section of each space.

Thanks very much for your suggestion. Unfortunately we have a lot of spaces; well over 100. So I was wondering if there is a way that I can do this via a SQL DB query or other slightly faster way?
