Hi Sophie, as that appears to be an private instance of Confluence I'd suggest you contact your IT department or others on your team about where that should be escalated.

Verify once if the page is having any restrictions to edit for particular users. To check the restriction on a page, please go through the Page Restrictions page and contact the confluence administrator to provide the access.
