Today I noticed users are not receiving any emails from Confluence Data Center 7.19.7. For example, @mentioning myself doesn't result in an email in my inbox or in the Confluence mail queue, and editing a watched page doesn't result in an email when I've configured my personal settings for this particular notification.
My troubleshooting:
Hi @Luke Brothers,
This looks similar to the problem described here: E-mail notifications not working, test e-mails working
Can you please check if this scenario and solution provided in the documentation work for you?
Thanks so much for the quick reply with a hot lead, @Kseniia Trushnikova . I will follow those steps and update this post asap.
Thank you again, I really appreciate it!
Luke

I am having this same scenario - I checked setenv.sh, I do not see the following within this file.
atlassian.mail.senddisabled
atlassian.notifications.disabled
We are running Confluence 6.9 server
