Enable the Confluence Document Conversion Library

I followed the instructions here to enable previews of documents. The instructions are good... up until enabling the add-on. Enable/Disable does not exist for the Confluence Document Conversion Library.

Hi Robert,

This article is for Confluence Server (specifically version 5.8.5 but may also cover later versions of Confluence Server).

My recommendation is if you're having issues with previous in Confluence Cloud that you reach out to the support team, as they have access to your instance and can see what the problem is.

When reaching out, be sure to include if the preview doesn't work for all documents, only specific ones, and if you're able to replicate the problem in all browsers (not only Chrome or Edge, for example.)
