Error 404 Drag and Drop PDF after Update to 8.5.4

Get 404 when try to Upload Files:

Does anyone have an idea where I could start here?

@Brant Schroeder  No, unfortunately not.
We are back to version 7. I suspect that something went wrong with the database conversion to UTF8MB4.
