When i start the container i get the following error:
[FATAL tini (6)] exec /entrypoint.sh failed: Permission denied
Not sure what to do now?
I think you already sloved this problem .
But as like @Edwin Kyalangalilwa says. it is permission issue a conclusion.
chmod +x ~/<path-to-file>/entrypoint.sh
Build docker image again.
It will run

Either the file entrypoint.sh is not an executable file or the user being used to run the container doesn't have access to run the file.
Check permissions and whether the file is executable.
