Expand macro - set Expand to default, NOT Collapse?

Is there any way to make a page open with the expand/collapse sections EXPANDED? We do have the expand/collapse button at the top of each page, but users want the default to be expanded sections, not collapsed. They'd prefer collapsing sections manually. I hope this makes sense. Thanks.

However, if you are the sys admin or can ask them, then Refined Toolkit has this functionality (and is free). Plus @Support RefinedWiki is helpful too :)
