Export to Word: Table headings missing in TOC

Hi Community,

When exporting a page from confluence to Word, the TOC formats nicely, but headings from within tables are not included in the TOC in word (although, they of course works nice in Confluence).

i.e.

Heading 1

Heading 2

Heading 3

Are all fine, but having a heading 3 inside a table on a confluence page, are not part of the TOC when exported to Word :-(

Any hints on where to search for configuration errors are more than welcome!

Or perhaps someone could guide me in a direction of how to configure exports from confluence in general? (Apart from using word templates)
