Files docx cannot preview

Files in Confluence cannot preview. Need to download to view. 

Confluence Document Conversion Library and Confluence Files in Confluence already enable. Some docx able to preview and some fail to preview.

I also have check Resolution in URL below but still didn't work.

Edit the document docx in Word and go to the Design > Watermark menu and remove the Watermark

it should be able to preview after reattach back with the non-Watermark in confluence

Removing watermarking may be in violation of company information governance policies.  Microsoft Azure Info Protection services will be using labels that will display company-sensitive information and file retention period as watermarks.   Heads up ...watermarking will be prevalent given expanding Information Governance regulations and recent product updates in MS365.
