I created a Free Plan profile.
Now I have my own space inside it.
Who can read my content other than me?
I did not understand if it is visible to me only or to any Atlassian registered user.
Thanks
Hello there, @Luca Domenichini . Pretty nice to see that more people are joining our Free plan!
So, you can see what we get with a Free license on a simplified view here:
With your free license, permissions can be set just like any other instance. By default, only users who are specified in your user list (people who you have invited to your instance) will be capable of accessing the instance's content.
In Confluence, you have three levels of control over content access. Here they are:
- Global Permissions
- Space Permissions
- Page Restrictions
Here we have some documentation on each of these levels:
For anonymous users to be able to access your instance, you need to specify that this setting is desired. You can check how to enable this setting by reading this page:
For short:
- Users who are not logged in to your instance are unable to access your instance's content, by default.
- You can enable your instance to show its content to unauthenticated users if need be
I hope this explains how permissions work for you, Luca! Looking forward to your reply.
