Can someone help me to figure out how Confluence pages should be structured or what macros to use so that export would generate an Appendix with subsections (e.g. A,B,C..). I'm using Scroll Docbook Export
its not about exporting, but about building the page in the wiki.
The export itself uses the wikipages, found in the pagetree you export. So you would first have to create a page or a pagetree, which generates the pages in the wiki. Once that looks good, you can then build your export-template around it. Check out Sarah Maddox her blog about using scroll office for exporting. She uses the "import" makro and te "builder-show" Makros to finetune her exports. Looks pretty smart.
