Get values from secure macro on confluence using API

i am able to get all pages that use the macro named "secure". Is there a way to decrypt it and get the values stored in it ?

Can i possibly get that from the database ?

i have a lot of pages i need to get the data from. Any possible way to automate this would be super helpful.
