Getting error message with the Live:Feedback Trigger Macro

Dear community,

I'm trying to use the feedback macro for our pages in Confluence but getting an error message when testing. And yes, it's a valid email address that is entered.

The error message is: Feedback was not able to be sent. Please notify the system administrator.

If you can offer any helpful advice or suggestions I'd truly appreciate it. We wanted to use this macro so we could have the feedback go to an email distro list.
