Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 19:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.
×Hello Atlassian Team,
Please note that I have created a Global Template on Confluence under General Configuration, Global Templates and Blueprints. The Template was successfully saved, however, I cannot see the saved template on the Enterprise.
I have searched for the template under Administration, Audit logs but I still can't trace the save Global Template.
Please could you provide guidance as to how to retrieve/restore the created Global Template so it can show on the Enterprise.
Kind regards,
Mpho
There are two types of templates.
Global and space templates.
A template that is to be globally available must be created under global templates.
Templates created under the current space are only displayed in this.
With promote / unpromote you can still set whether the template priority is displayed in the template browser.
With schow more all templates are displayed.
