Global and space activity - Month view

Hello - The activity view in space settings and the Global activity view are helpful for us.  However, if we try to use the Month view, you can't already read what is on the bottom axis, it just looks like a bunch of dots -

Clicking on them does not zoom into them and make them any clearer.  Does anyone else have this issue?  Has anybody figured out how to resolve?

It's the same in the Day view, but that's not one we are likely to use very often.

We're in Confluence 5.5.6.
