Hi,
we are having a project in which roles and functions (e.g. scrum master) often changes. In a lot of our pages we refer to the persons that have that role (plain text, the persons do not have an account). If now such a name changes, we have to edit all of that pages.
Is there a solution for that problem? I actually think of something like text-variables, we can use at our pages and manage/fill/assign them on a central spot.
Thanks for help

Hi @bid_msg_76
Welcome to the Atlassian Community.
This question has been asked in the past see https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/How-can-I-use-variables-to-define-Space-properties-such-as/qaq-p/619160 but the important thing to remember is that there are usually several different ways of achieving the same result and this answer gives you two alternatives. One uses a user macro that requires admin permissions to change and one that uses an App to provide the functionality. You need to choose the one that is the best fit for your instance.
Hope this helps
