HTML Macro not processing CSS

I have embedded JQuery code along with CSS in HTML Macro. The Irony is when I preview the Page, it loads the CSS and appears as desired but when I save the page, none of the CSS is loaded and all formatting is gone.

When I inspect the loaded page, I don't see the CSS that I placed in the Macro.

Can you post a screenshot of your html or maybe put in a simplified version of what you are putting in the HTML macro? I put styles int the HTML macro all the time, so it should work.
