How do I add a page to a space?

My manager created a space for me, but I cannot add any pages to it. In fact, you can see the space in the background in the attached pic ("Carl A's Space"), but it is not available in the Select Space drop down.

Hi @carl.anthony and welcome,
Sorry for the obvious question but it does happen, and quite often... Creating a space is one thing, giving you a right set of permissions is another.
The screenshot is from Confluence Cloud and you appear to be on Server but it's almost identical.
Permissions can be set up for user groups and/or for individual users so just make sure that yours were setup right.
