How do I add the like button or voting to points added in confluence page as content.

For example, if I have added 3 points and I want to choose most accepted or vote off those 3, how should I get this by allowing users to directly click instead of editing the page itself.

I'm not sure if Confluence has such an inbuilt feature. However, here's the list of marketplace plugins you might explore or go with a free trial.

Thank you so Much @G subramanyam  for your reply. I am using enterprise instance/license for my organization, where I dont see any options to add any marketplace apps. However, I guess if I get some HTML code which I can paste that will do the job or some sort of that markup
