How do I convert a Blank Page into a How-To Article?

I have a bunch of Confluence articles that were written out on a Blank Page, but we'd like to convert them to How-To Articles.  Is there a way to quickly top this rather than having to cut and paste all the content to a new How-To Article?

I think it bases this off of a label. Check what labels are on the How-To Articles. And apply the same to your other pages.
