As well as the backups mentioned by @Patrick Cartier [Candylio] which I'd also recommend you take for yourself, Cloud does have its own disaster recovery.
If Atlassian lose a data centre for some reason, they have DR plans in place so they can get the Cloud systems that it hosted back up as fast as possible. That DR is built for mass recovery of lots of Cloud systems though, it's not for if someone makes a mess of a single system.
