"How long depth is Cobfluence page?"

I can make 20 pages hierarchically.

What is limit number of page hierarchy?

There is no problem to create these 20 pages, Confluence works well if you put a large number of pages.

Actually we don't have a specific number or a limit so I guess 20 pages can be possible, but to confirm this information I would suggest you to raise a support ticket and so this can be tested per our Engineers.
