How to add a weblink to extenal application in confluence?

For example : i wanted to have link to open a document in a app 

link is something like this 

PORT : WghtBattPackPercSocEstimd / GEN; 7

(link :  'easee:VCC_EEDM,9406860')

, the moment i add this link and publish ,hyper link get disaprear from page 

how to handle this?
