How to add items to "More Actions" drop down menu in Confluence?

Hi,

Is there a way to add custom menu options to the More Actions (ellipsis icon) menu within Confluence?

I'd appreciate if someone could point out some working examples for testing and further development. Also, help with setup will be highly appreciated.
