How to add only headings in Table of contents starting with number

I want to take only the headings starting with number in table of contents.

Hey Suraj,

Click on the Table of Contents macro you've inserted on your page, and select "Edit". This will open the macro settings, where you can configure what you wish to include in the TOC.

You can find the details about the various parameters that can be configured for this macro here.

I usually don't use numbered headings in Confluence, so I usually just limit the Maximum Heading Level to 1 or 2, to only show headings that have been formatted as such.

Hi Suraj,

You'll want to edit the Table of Contents macro settings by changing the "Include Headings" or "Exclude Headings" settings.  Those values are read as regular expressions.  I don't know much about regular expressions myself, but you'll probably be able to get things done with a little trial and error.
