Is there a way using macro(s) in Confluence to create content that can be shown and hidden when clickedlike in a FAQ page. Sample like this - https://www.aws.training/Support

You can use the Expand macro:

If you're on Confluence Server, you can also use a free app like Refined Toolkit to get expandable tabs like this:
