How to create links on portal page

I was wondering if there's a way to add a confluence page link to a service desk portal page- other than in the Announcement field and Request type. I tried creating another group and added the link to the description field, it worked but users can still on the name of the group which takes them to a request type templete. Any Ideas?

The only other idea would be to somehow leverage knowledge base articles for this
