When users try to access a Confluence page, if they do not have the permission to do so, they see a standard Confluence page with a default message that states that they do not have the permission. Is it possible to customise this message and add additional instructions to it? For example, I would like to include an email address where they can notify and raise an access request.
Hi, Aravind.
The below link you should be able to give you some idea of how to do it:

Thanks Suren! I read through the article, and from what I understand, it seems to be specifically for Atlassian Server and not its cloud flavour. Maybe I should have clarified this in my question yesterday; sorry about that—I am on Atlassian Cloud and the question pertains to doing it on the cloud platform. The note in the article you shared states that the instructions cannot be applied to cloud platform. Wondering if there's anything specifically for cloud. Please advise. Thanks in advance.
