How to delete all missing attachments on Confluence server

Hi there,

 Is anyone aware of any Atlassian documentation that explains how to delete all missing attachments on a Confluence server?

 

Also,  is there any Confluence plugins that could possibly achieve this? or atleast generate a list of missing attachments?

I am curious why you have missing attachments. Was there an event like a restore from back-up that corresponds with the attachments going missing?
