we need to disable the Plugin "Jira Metadata Plugin" as described here:

We navigate to "Manage Apps" - select "all Apps" - search for "Jira Metadata plugin" and expand the item.
We expect that below the title there is a Button to disable the plugin. But for this Plugin, the button is not present. Also for the modules (which can be expanded in the lower right corner), there is no option to disable them.
Other plugins and modules can be disabled without problems.
So the question is:
- how can this Plugin be disabled (as stated in the kb-article)?
We are running Confluence server 7.6.2.
