How to edit the confluence web url with results from a table filter directly

https://confluence/display/TOSR/TechOps+Service+Request is the url of our page which contains a table filter.

We want the link which displays the below filter results directly. I have tried few options on how to edit the link but wasn't successful.

I don't really see the Cogwheel icon on the table filter anywhere, even if I edit the page and check nor before editing.
