Hi Team,
We have recently migrated LDAP post migration in jira they were 2700 user impacted. That means 2700 users were deleted and created but after user creation these 2700 users were removed from groups (jira-softwere-users). Manually we have added tbe users into above group.
We get this data from audit log in jira but when we search the same in Confluence we are not getting appropriate count.
Can someone help me how to get the active and inactive users count?
Regards,
Kanaka
Hi,
Jira is more admin friendly in this regard.
You have to execute a SQL-Query, if you want to filter inactive confluence users.
Please check this article: Solved: Find inactive users in Confluence (atlassian.com)
Kind regards
Chris
