Hi Community,
We would like to check our Confluence instance if there are static spaces.
for example: a static space could be a space that all/most of it's pages were not edited for over 3 years.
Are there any best practices for doing this? maybe via SQL script
Hi @david cockrell ,
There are several ways to check for static spaces in Confluence
Also, if you feel my input help you please accept the answer.

Bhushan
Thanks Bhushan,
I was not aware of the this "cleanup option.
I am reviewing it now.
unfortunately I am only getting 3 months back (due to the large size of the instance) but I think this can give me a good starting point for potential cleanup.

Hello @david cockrell
As you're running Confluence Server you will not have the built-in Analytics included. It means your best option is to retrieve the desired data from the database directly. This how-to article has examples of how to do this.
Best regards,
Mattia

Hi Mattia,
We are running Data Center so we do have analytics (not sure why my question was tagged as "Server")
However, due to the large size of our instance we are only getting analytics for 3 months back... So your link might come handy anyway.

I see. If you are running Data Center and are reaching the limits of Confluence's built-in Analytics, you might want to try the Viewtracker app from the Marketplace.
It offers several reports and with just a few clicks you can get the information you are looking for as well as further insights.
