The page tree macro does not currently have a formatting option that would allow you to customize the bullets that are displayed in front of the page names in the tree.

If no heading style is applied to the page tree, it appears with bullets. If a heading style is selected for the page tree, the bullets are dropped. It would be nice if this were more consistent and we had a choice between bullets and numbers.
