My Problem: we have a new confluence installation, conected with our LDAP. We want to create confluencegroups and add users to it. Since it is necessary to have at least one user-login, to have users available in Confluence, we are not able prefilling groups.
Are there other ways to get users from LDAP available to confluence without userlogin?
Not totally clear on what you are asking, but hopefully this helps
Confluence will have whats called 'multiple user directories'
So one directory will be sourced from LDAP.
Another one (also the default one) is an internal user directory. Provided you haven't disabled this, you will ALWAYS then be able to log into Confluence to admin it and pull users from LDAP etc.., setup default permissions for groups from LDAP and so forth.
