How to remove the padding between table cells

Hello, I have a few images to create one large image. I sliced the image because there are a few parts that will be links and the rest are not linked. Then I used a table and added each image in each cell. I added the (<td style="border: 0.0px;">) code to remove the bordered and have tried the (<td style="border: 0.0px;padding: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px;">) padding code but there are still gaps between each image on all sides. I want to have them right next to each other so it looks seamless. Any ideas? Thanks and I am new to confluence.
