I'm moving my 7.13.7 Confluence to a new machine then upgrading to Data Center: What files?

I'm moving from oldvm to newvm  then reinstalling my addons on newvm  7.13.7  THEN upgrading to 7.19.10  THEN activating my data center license.

All I need to know is: 

1. what data (directories and sub-directories) do I need to rsync from oldvm to newvm
   assume that my confluence-home (shown on the system info GUI) is /app/confluence/data and all my attachments are in there
2. what is /app/confluence/atlassian-confluence-7.13.7/confluence (the install dir?) what do I need from in there?

I will be holding all the data in a side directory until I install the 7.13.7 software.bin, stop it, and copy the oldvm data (from 1 & 2) into the right places.  

Just don't want to copy more (or less) in steps 1&2 above than needed.
