IFTTT macro to update current form records

I've built a simple Confiform which I want to create a new record based on a field we'll call "Title". If there already exists a confluence record with the same "Title" as the "Title" that is currently being submitted, I want that new entry to update / replace the existing record. I've been looking for a tutorial to facilitate this but haven't found anything. I'm sure this is simple and a little direction would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
