Is there a plugin for marking new or changed entrys (wiki-sites) with new or a "*"

Confluence do not have an indicator such as * for new or changes entries but you can make use of Page History and Page Comparison Views to track the history of changes to each page.

What do you mean? You want a (*) next to spaces that have new content ? Or you want a list of all updated content?
