Include page - creating the page simultaneously

Hi experts! 

Anybody knows how can I create a page and also an include page simultaneously? 

I would like both pages to be created using one action.

You can only edit one page at a time. That means, you can not include an non existing page, which should be created simultaneously.

The only workaround would be to create the second page with another browser tab.

Just to make sure - you wrote "You can only edit one page at a time." 

you meant create, right?
