Is it possible a group of people as distributors entered in the watch list, not just individual users?

Watch only recognizes single users. 

A valid workaround was discussed in this answer on a previous question.

Yes, a Group of members.

Do you mean that you want to add a Group as a Watcher, thereby making all the members of that group a Watcher?
