With confluence 6.5 and higher, the systems sends 1 email with all changes in a given page to all watchers (for non minor edits) and administrators can define how often Batched notifications are sent (default is every 10 minutes). But the users still gets a separate email for each page that they are watching.

Is there a way to get a single email with a list of all pages (that I am watching) and that are changed?

Hello there Rosario!

Currently in Confluence there is something similar to this. For this to work, you need to Subscribe to daily updates.
Doing this will send a daily update with the following:

   - Pages and blog posts that are added, edited or deleted.
   - Comments on a page or blog post that are added, edited or deleted.
   - Updates by users who have changed their personal profile.

Subscribing to the daily updates will keep you up to date with every space that you can access. This will send an email with up to 30 updates per day.

You can edit your email notifications preferences here:

1- Choose your profile picture at top right of the screen, then choose Settings
2- Click Email in the left-hand panel
3- Click Edit

You can check further information about the email notifications here:

Well, this does not solve the use case because each user would have to change the personal settings so to get the daily update which is 1 email more not less...

In addition, there could be more than 30 update per page; what happens to the others?

Last but not least, if I understand the answer properly, the daily update contains all changes and not only the changes in the content that I am watching.

What I would like to have is that, in an environment with dozens of spaces and hundreds of pages where each user has access to each space, an user that is watching (for ex.) 50 pages in 3 different spaces gets 1 or maximum 3 e-mails (one per space) at an interval decided by the administrator (or by the user themselves) with all the changes in all and only these 5 pages (regardless if minor edits or not) since the last update.

Is this somehow possible?

Hi Rosario, thanks for replying!
Currently there is no native feature to allow notifications to be sent in this fashion.
With this in mind, I have raised this Feature Request:

CONFSERVER-57619

We can vote and watch this request now. Voting for it increases the visibility and watching will keep you up to date with it!

Yes, the daily update sends news about all spaces that the user can view. I also took a look into the marketplace but was not able to find a tool that fits this requirement.
