Is there an equivalent to Sharepoint web parts

I want to load an excel attachement into Confleunce and have Confleunce display a named chart or table. So when I upload a newer version of the excel file the new chart / table is displayed. I would want to do this is bare Confluence (i.e without the use of 3rd party plugins). Failing this approach, can anyone recommend an alternative.

I am not sure if you have tried using View File Macro? If this does not suit your need then I am afraid that you'd need to install a third party plugin.

The problem is that I have a few charts on the same worksheet in the workbook and have named them in excel so that I can be specific when referencing them in SharePoint. Thanks for the answer.
