Yes, it is very possible.  You have two options:

1. Click on "Edit" to get to the macro options, click the "Select Macro" link in the bottom left corner, choose the new macro, and you should now have the same text but in the new macro.
2. If you have the Confluence Source Editor installed, then you can update all the macros on a page in one go.  Open the source code (by clicking the <> button), search for something like: ac:name="warning" (for the warning macro) and replace with: ac:name="info" (for the info macro).  Then simply apply the changes and you should be good to go.

Great thank you! Absolutely didn't see the "Select Macro" link. As for the second option, there's also an ac:macro-id which is different. I guess that one should be adjusted as well.
