JIRA Issue Filter Macro in Confluence not working for one user

Michelle Bachmann June 5, 2019

Using server instances of Confluence 6.15.3 and JIRA 7.13.3, user previously was able to view JIRA issues in Confluence with the Macro filter.  If he clicks on the issue, it takes him to JIRA and opens it to view without a problem.  It was working previously for him.  Limited to just this user.

JQL used in Confluence, not a filter.  Checked permissions on Confluence and JIRA against a user who is able to view.  No differences found.

Revoked access tokens to force resync of the access token between JIRA and Confluence.  Still not working.

Resolved.  User missed a step in my instructions for the token revoke/reset.  Did it for them and it now works.
