Jira - Confluence OAuth Access Tokens question

Hello all,

I would like to ask you a question about Jira - Confluence OAuth Access Tokens.

We've connected Jira with Confluence using application links.

In Confluence we've created an application link with the name Unify Jira Server and in Jira an application link with the name Confluence.

However when we create a user in Jira and Confluence with the same username etc in both instances and the 2 accounts are connected, user receives a message from another app (let's say New App) that asks user to allow this app to use his credentials for authentication.

If user clicks allow then an application link is created in confluence with New App.

I need your help to find where this New App has been configured.

Do you have any idea?
