Jira gadget does not work on Home page, but works fine as a sub-page.

Some users, but not all, cannot see Jira gadgets on the Home page but can see them when the gadgets are moved to a sub-page. Any idea what would cause this?

Note that using Firefox the user is still able to navigate the space, but using Chrome the user cannot.
