Last viewed spaces and pages within last year

Hi, we are trying to analyze which spaces and pages have been viewed within the last year (in order to export those) as the Server instance will be shut off soon. We tried some SQL commands but they only return the last 60 days. Is there a limitation on this data? Is there another way?

@Paulina Schneider Which app have you used to collect the "last viewed" information? There are few apps that offer this functionality, and the answer depends on the actual app being used.

We used a SQL query on the database. We also tried view tracker but it only retrieves new data after installation. Which apps can we try?

Hello @Paulina Schneider 

To analyze which content has been viewed, an app or the Confluence built-in Analytics must have been active so that the views are tracked and stored in the database. 

The Viewtracker app is only able to import the built-in Analytics data to provide analysis from before Viewtracker itself was installed.

Maybe you had one of the other apps installed 60 days ago, that is providing you the views data?

Well, our Better Content Archiving tracks page views, but obviously only from that point of time when it was installed. And it will true for any other third party app.

If page views were not collected by any app, then I'm afraid there is no data to query anywhere.
