@Rizwana_Firdaus Looks like you have installed Gliffy and the evaluation is about to expire.  If you purchased the application you would need to work with Gliffy support to resolve the issue.  https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/254/gliffy-diagrams-for-confluence?tab=support&hosting=server
